Does iPhone 13 offer a “Screen Record” feature?

Yes, iPhone 13 can Screen Record. You can enable it in settings if you do not have a record option on your home screen.

Go to settings > control centre> customise controls > and scroll down to add screen recording. You can then access it via your main screen. (You can also pull up on the bottom of your screen to access the control centre.)
