Prices and products

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at purchase is the price you pay. Product descriptions are binding – if a device does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Payment methods

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. New customers may need to complete a one-time verification (a small charge between $0.01 and $1.00 less than your order total).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the device. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to data loss, lost earnings, loss of profit, loss of business, or third-party repair costs. We are not liable for any damage caused by the device after it has been returned to you. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. You agree that any legal action must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always on our website. Changes apply to future purchases only.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, riots, war, acts of government, pandemic, fire, flood, or failure of third-party carriers.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

Entire agreement
