Free return label (Australia only)

For returns and warranty claims, we provide a free prepaid return label within Australia (Australia Post). We will email this label to you after you contact us. Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet. Keep your tracking receipt.

If you are in a remote location where no carrier service is available, or if you are outside Australia, you will need to arrange your own return shipping and bear the cost. We recommend using a tracked service. Once we receive the device, we will process your claim as normal.

The device remains your responsibility until it is received and signed for at our Melbourne facility. We strongly recommend transit insurance for all return shipments.

Out of stock

If an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund – your choice.

Transit loss or damage

We sent it to you: Contact us – we’ll sort it out.

You’re returning it: The device is your responsibility until it reaches our Melbourne facility. We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend transit insurance.

Incorrect address

Check your address at checkout. We cannot refund orders lost due to a wrong address. Undeliverable orders returned to us are held for 30 days, then may be disposed of without refund.

Accessories – separate purchases & returns

Change of mind returns are not available for accessories (cases, cables, chargers, power banks, screen protectors, etc.) or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., earphones). Faulty accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty.

If you need to return a faulty accessory, do NOT send it with a device return. Contact us separately. Accessories sent without request will not be processed.
