As a reputable pre-owned smartphone provider in Australia, Mobile Guru takes careful measures to ensure that the device is functioning properly with our 72-point check software tests. Our warranty covers all faults and issues that may arise in your device within the specified warranty period. However, any physical and water damage caused by the user is not included in the warranty. Moreover, unauthorised third party repairs will void your warranty. Mobile Guru cannot warrant battery performance to meet brand new manufacturer performance or capacity claims.

The coverage of the warranty begins from the day you receive your device and will be valid up till the very last day of the warranty period.  All our devices are under a warranty period of 24 months. For accidental damage protection, opt our Guru+ Care plan by just paying $59, for a complete peace of mind.
